New Year Means New Beers!
2018 has come and gone like my last pint of our Paddle Whaecker Koelsch. We had such a fun year with everyone and look forward to keeping the party going!
Already for this year, we released our first label for the Squirrel Stash hazelnut amber ale, our coffee blonde has kicked and we are finishing up the last of the batch of our CinnaGrinch and Coffee House Stout. If you haven’t tried those yet, you need to get over here and have a pint. They are delicious and it is still cold enough out there to warm up with a nice dark beer.
What’s that I hear? Is that the “yazzflute”? Ahh, it’s the Yazzberry raspberry sour and it is coming back on tap this week! Perfect for an anti-Valentine’s Day party!
Another fun beer coming up is a pineapple kettle sour IPA. Even better, we will be having a limited release on a pineapple upside down cake kettle sour IPA. Mmm… My mouth just starts to water when thinking about it! Make sure to follow our social media channels for the release!
Let’s have some more fun in the taproom!
This month we hosted a Day of Decadence where some local vendors came by and sold some goodies from candles, to soaps, to cupcakes and vintage clothing! It was a fun day indeed. Last weekend we hosted an Anti-Valentines Day party on Saturday, February 16th. We had axe throwing and wood paintings. What a blast!
March is coming up and both Mardi Gras and St. Patrick’s Day are always a sure way to have fun.
We are having a crawfish boil on March 2nd. Make sure to get your tickets by this Tuesday so we can order enough food straight from Louisiana to be here in time. There will be some walk-up tickets available, but these are not guaranteed so order now! We will also be having king cakes and live music that evening. Get your tickets here. Oh, did we mention that we are doing beer slushie hurricanes with our Yazzberry and Pineapple kettle sours? Umm… get in my belly!!!
March 16th, we will also be having our St. Patrick’s Day Shenanigans so make sure to come in wearing your green or you might get pinched! We’ve got Woodhill Small Batch BBQ smoking up some corned beef and cabbage and live music from 8-10pm from the George Hunter band.
