Dave Adkisson - Owner / Head Chef

Dave born in Honolulu was raised in a navy family. Growing up in Orlando he found a home in a kitchen. While moving to Denver in 2005 he stayed in the kitchen. Now at 39 years old he has worked at numerous kitchens not limited too, fast food, golf courses, hotels, mom and pops, food trucks & stock show to name a few. Dave holds strong experience in catering & has managed countless weddings and events over the course of his career. In 2023, he worked primarily on food trucks, and with renewed inspiration and energy he received an opportunity to have his own. With almost 25 years restaurant experience and 12 years Chef experience, Dave is ready to give his guests what they want and deserve; Honest and delicious American classics that everyone loves and enjoys!
