La Crepe a Papa is the story of our French family, me (Nicolas), my wife, Julie, and our two kids Baptiste and Charlotte, who made the crazy decision to move to the US to open a crepe food truck in Denver.

Wanting to change their lives to discover a new culture and a new country, to learn a new language, and to offer to their kids the possibility to live an amazing adventure while sharing a French specialty, crepes, is what has driven this family to make the big move.

Nicolas, therefore, dropped everything to go to culinary crepe school to be able to share the best traditional french crepes with you.

They are excited to share their passion, hoping to let you travel to France, just for a moment, while enjoying their tasteful crepes.
